FAQs: Online Invoices & Payments

Viewing invoices & making payments online within the CTOS Customer Portal is now available. You can view, search, download, and pay your invoices in a secure online space. Please take the time to review our FAQs to get you started using Billtrust.

I am new to the CTOS Customer Portal. How do I sign up?

What are the new billing changes? 

You now have access to Billtrust eInvoice Connect, an online platform that will allow you to retrieve invoices and schedule payments via credit card, debit card, or ACH.  

When will the new billing changes be effective?

Will Billtrust eInvoice Connect have all of my invoices available? 

eInvoice Connect will only have invoices dating back one (1) year. Additionally, any business with CTOS Canada or our PTA division will not see invoices in the platform until the end of 2023. Please contact AR@customtruck.com if you need any invoices older than one year, or invoices from CTOS Canada or our PTA (parts, tools & accessories) division. 

How do I access Billtrust eInvoice Connect? 

After May 15th, once you've registered and login to the CTOS Customer Portal, hover over MY ACCOUNT at the top of your screen and click "INVOICES & PAYMENTS."

How will I know when my bill is available? 

You will receive an email notification when your invoices are available. 

Will I be trained on how to use the Billtrust platform? When? 

The CTOS A/R team can assist you as needed. 

Who will receive the invoice? 

Nothing is changing regarding how invoices will be sent or who will receive them.  

Can multiple people have the authority to log into Billtrust eInvoice Connect? 

The administrator for the platform can add additional users. 

Will eInvoice Connect change how our invoices look? 

The invoices will look as they always have except for a few updated messages on the new process to pay invoices. 

Can we pay online? 

You can pay online via eInvoice Connect through Billtrust, accessed through the CTOS Customer Portal. 

Do we have to pay online? 

Online payment is necessary to process credit card payments only. ACH and credit card payments are offered for your convenience. 

What method of payment can we pay with on eInvoice Connect? 

You can pay via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) or through ACH.

Payments via credit cards will incur a 3% surcharge.  

Will I receive a print bill along with my electronic invoice? 

You will not receive a print bill.  

Can I print my electronic invoices on the Billtrust platform? 

eInvoice Connect allows you to view and print invoices. 

How long will my records be available on eInvoice Connect? 

A new or current bill will be stored for viewing for one year. 

Will the invoice be attached to the email notification? 

Yes, the invoice will be attached to the email notification. 

Will I be able to view past invoices on eInvoice Connect? 

Yes, you will be able to view past invoices.  

Is my information safe? 

Your information is protected with the highest level of encryption available. You can be assured that your information is safe. The website is PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant and AICPA SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II certified. They are the most stringent certifications to ensure your data is secure.
