Verifying Bidding Account

In order to start bidding during CTOS Auctions, you must verify your account. Here are the steps to take in order to complete verification.

NOTE: CTOS Marketplace & CTOS Auctions bidding verifications are separate from each other. You must verify each one if you choose to participate in each.

Step 1: Go to My Marketplace & Auctions

Once you have registered and logged in to, you will see MY ACCOUNT at the top left of your screen. Hover over MY ACCOUNT and select MY MARKETPLACE & AUCTIONS.

Step 2: Verify Auctions Bidding Account

Once you're on the My Marketplace & Auctions page, click the box that says VERIFY AUCTIONS BIDDING ACCOUNT.

You must agree to the Terms & Conditions to complete verification.

Step 3: Verify Identity

You must verify your identity to receive bidding privileges. This includes inputting a credit card and billing address. 


Note: If you have already verified your CTOS Marketplace bidding account with a credit card, you will not need to enter that information again for CTOS Auctions. If you have not verified your CTOS Marketplace bidding account, you will need to input your credit card and billing information for CTOS Auctions.

Once you verify your account, you will be redirected back to My Marketplace & Auctions. You should see a green bar that says "Account Verified" under Auctions Bidding Account.
