Step 1: Find the Tool

1. If you haven't found the tool yet, please refer to our article on How to Search for Lineman Tools and Supplies.

Step 2: View Product Details

1. Once you find the tool, click on it to view the product details.

Step 3: Add to Request

1. Click the ADD TO REQUEST Button:

   • This will add the tool to your cart/request.

   

2. Note on Variances:

   • Some parts have multiple variances such as size, length, etc., with multiple part numbers listed.
   • If you know the exact tool you want, enter the part number in the text box provided next to the ADD TO REQUEST button. This helps our tools & supplies reps know exactly what you need.

   

Step 4: View Your Request

1. Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page to view your request.

   

Step 5: Submit Your Request

1. In the Shopping Cart:

   • Review the items in your request.
   • Click REQUEST THIS ITEM (or REQUEST THESE ITEMS if multiple items).

   

2. Login/Register or Continue as Guest:

   • If logged in, most information will be pre-populated.
   • You can choose to log in/register or check out as a guest.

   

3. Click the SUBMIT REQUEST Button:

   • This submits your request for pricing or more information.

   

Step 6: Confirmation and Follow-Up

1. One of our tools and supplies representatives will reach out shortly after your request is submitted.
